Kristin Boekhoff 

Chief Executive Officer

Kristin has over 20 years of project management experience and has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years. Kristin returned to the United States in 2014 after spending eight years in South Asia where she ran her own development company. Kristin initially moved to Bangladesh in 2006 on a Fulbright Fellowship. When her fellowship ended, she founded Panigram Resort, a socially and environmentally responsible boutique resort in southern Bangladesh. Kristin was featured in several international and national publications, including: Redbook, Success for Women, Guardian newspaper (UK), Dia Asiana, and the Huffington Post. As a Cornell alumna, she also presented at the prestigious annual Hotel Ezra Cornell conference in Ithaca, New York in April 2010.


Prior to Kristin’s departure for Bangladesh, she ran the Fund Management Group at CharterMac (previously Related Capital), one of
the US’s leading full-service real estate finance companies. She managed the Developer Servicing and Investor Reporting departments and was responsible for all of the cash management for the funds. She managed over $7 billion of private equity invested in the firm’s 100+ real estate funds and oversaw developer relations for over 1,200 new and stabilized properties. Previously Kristin worked as a project manager at Neuberger Berman (now Lehman Brothers) and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kristin received a B.S. in from Cornell University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University.
